Smoothie Recipes – Great for Healthy Eating and Weight Loss!

- 2 cups of chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup of apple juice
- ½ cup of tomato juice
- ¼ cup of chopped celery
- ½ cup of carrots
- Tabasco or hot sauce for flavor
- 2 cups of ice
You really can’t ever have too many strawberry smoothie recipes! Strawberries are just so sweet and tasty!
- 5 large strawberries
- 4 oz. of Crystal Light or any other form of sugar-free lemonade
- 6 oz. of light or fat-free strawberry yogurt
- 1 packet of substitute sweetener (Equal or Splenda) or 2 teaspoons of sugar
Tropical Berry Tofu Smoothie
This smoothie is a great combination of fruit along with the added health benefits that tofu provides.
- 1 cup of skim milk
- 1 cup of light or fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 3 inch cube of soft tofu
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of strawberries
For all of these smoothie recipes, all you have to do is put the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. It’s that simple!
