1. Everybody’s Favorite Fish and Chips

Air Fryer Recipes: Fish and Chips

What You Will Need:

  • 300g of red potatoes
  • 200g of white fish fillet
  • 30g of tortilla chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • ½ tablespoon of lemon juice

How to Cook the Dish:

  • Preheat your airfryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Cut up your fish into four pieces and then rub the pieces with salt, pepper and some lemon juice before leaving them for five minutes.
  • Use a food processor to grind your tortilla chips and move them to a plate once ground.
  • Use a deep dish to beat the egg.
  • Dip each piece of fish into the egg and then roll each piece through the tortilla chips until they are covered up completely.
  • Clean the potatoes and cut them up lengthwise until you have thin strips ready.
  • Soak each potato strip in clean water for around half an hour and then thoroughly drain each strip. Use some kitchen paper to pat them dry afterwards before coating them with some oil.
  • Place the separator into your airfryer basket with the fish on one side and the potatoes on the other.
  • Slide your basket in the airfryer and set your timer to 12 minutes.
  • Fry your fish and potatoes until they come out with a crispy brown color.

2. Unbelievably Delicious Fried Cocktail Hot Prawns


What You Will Need:

  • 8 to 12 king prawns
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar or cider
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt

How to Cook the Dish:

  • Preheat your airfryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix all of your spices together.
  • Add your prawns into the spices and then toss them around to coat them properly.
  • Place your prawns into the basket of your airfryer.
  • Place your basket into the airfryer and set your timer to 8 minutes.
  • Mix all of your sauce ingredients together.
  • Serve your prawns along with the sauce.

3. The Unique Salmon Quiche


What You Will Need:

  • 150g of salmon fillet in the form of small cubes
  • 100g of flour
  • 50g of cold butter in the form of cubes
  • 3 tablespoons of whipping cream
  • 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk
  • 1 green onion sliced into small pieces
  • ½ tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Black pepper

How to Cook the Dish:

  • Preheat your airfryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix the salmon fillet cubes with the salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Let the salmon rest.
  • Use a bowl to mix the butter and egg yolk in with the butter. Add a tablespoon of cold water and then knead the mixture into a ball.
  • Roll the dough out on a floured surface as needed.
  • Place the round dough in your quiche pan and firmly press on its edges.
  • Trim the dough on the edges of the pan or let it stick out roughly.
  • Lightly beat the eggs with the mustard and cream and add some salt and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into your quiche pan and place the salmon cubes in it along with the green onions.
  • Place your quiche pan into the fryer basket and into the airfryer.
  • Bake your quiche for 20 minutes.
